Polaris World

Polaris World  is a major building firm in Spain, whose offices are located near San Javier.  They are currently building world class resorts in the Murcia region with exceptional golf courses designed by either Jack Nicklaus or Dave Thomas.

Polaris World is a company that specialises in the planning, development and construction of specialist Golf and Sports Resorts in South Eastern Spain.

The setting: Murcia. The ideal place to start living.253 kilometres of the purest Mediterranean coast.

Two seas on one coast. Fertile plains abounding in fruit orchards... Murcia is one of the richest provinces in Spain while being one of the least spoilt.

Sports, fine cooking, cultural heritage, nature, marvellous cities... All of this together with over 300 days of sun and an average temperature of 21º make this province the ideal place to enjoy life.

Leisure Time
Imagine yourself getting up on any given morning, enjoying a lovely breakfast brought to your house by our catering staff, going to the Clubhouse and playing 18 holes with friends, and soaking in one of our heated pools after the game.

Enjoy a delicious Paella with your family in our specialty restaurant, or some of our fantastic fish, fresh from the Mediterranean. Rest or play a game of tennis with your child, and afterwards, relax with a fantastic massage in our Spa, in order to be ready tonight to celebrate with a delicious Guinness in one of our pubs. It's a dream that you'll be able to achieve without even leaving our resorts. We guarantee fun and enjoyment for you and your family.

Situated between the regions of Costa Almeria and the Costa Blanca, the Costa Calida offers 253 kms of unspoilt coastline, an average of 315 days sunshine per year, and an average annual temperature of 21 degrees.

The region boasts some of the oldest and most historic towns and cities in Spain , including the ancient port of Cartagena , and the area´s main city, Murcia .

This region enjoys all of the best features of Southern Spain , but without the high build density seen on some other coastlines.

Murcia is not only an area of great local history and tradition, but also offers every modern facility for a comfortable, varied lifestyle. The world-renowned La Manga Resort offers a wealth of top-class sports and leisure facilities very close to the Polaris World resorts.

Murcia has the added attraction of “two seas” on one coastline:- The Mediterranean Sea on one side, with its endless sandy beaches, crystal clear waters, picturesque fishing ports and secluded coves; and the Mar Menor, originally an open bay, but now a coastal lagoon of warm seawater.

Murcia is ideally situated for travel because of the clear network of motorways linking all the major roads in the area. The region is also superbly served by the two airports nearby. The international airport of Murcia , San Javier, is situated on the north shore of Mar Menor, while Alicante´s El Altet international airport is a mere 45 minutes to the north. In addition, a third regional airport at Corvera to the south west of Murcia city is planned for completion in 2007. The city of Granada is approximately 90 minutes drive, and in the near future there will be a high speed AVE train link which will connect to Madrid in only 2 hours.
