Golf Suites de Alhama forms part of the Condado de Alhama resort. The complex lies to the
south of the Cortijos de Alhama development and adjacent to the beautiful lake which forms
part of golfing legend, Jack Nicklaus’s Signature golf course.

The Condado de Alhama resort is situated on a site of over 9 million m² comprising various
different complexes each with a distinct identity. The resort offers myriad of sporting facilities
including three Jack Nicklaus Signature golf courses and Golf Suite residents will have
access to all nine Polaris World golf courses. This is the largest concentration of Nicklaus
golf courses outside of the United States and therefore an ideal base for golf lovers.

The Development
Golf Suites de Alhama comprises 246 one bedroom, luxury apartments surrounded by
beautiful landscaped gardens and pedestrian walkways. With prices starting from only
€89,000 these are ideal holiday homes or rental properties. Owner/ occupiers can also enjoy
access to all the wonderful leisure facilities and modern amenities that the larger resort of
Condado de Alhama has to offer.

Luxuriously appointed, apartments are distributed in blocks of only two levels and each individual block is surrounded by gardens, creating a tranquil and private environment for residents. At the heart of the complex residents will find a large inviting swimming pool with lovely sunbathing areas, a children’s playground and well equipped gym.

All apartments boast lovely views however 48 of the properties located on the east side of the complex will enjoy exclusive views over the fairways of the Nicklaus Signature golf course.

Purchase Time plan

Payment Terms
A deposit of €3,000 will secure your property of choice, freezing the price and taking the property off the market. The deposit of €3,000 is fully refundable should you decide not to proceed with the purchase within 30 days.

The next payment of 25% is due on signing of the private purchase agreement with the developer. This normally takes place within 30 days of placing the initial deposit. There is one further payment of 15% due during the construction of the property, approximately nine months later.

The remaining balance of 60% is payable on completion of the property. At this stage we can easily help you arrange a mortgage should you require it.
